Salvatore Stellino came to America from Italy with his family at the age of thirteen. Sal has been an aggressive and successful entrepreneur since the age of eighteen, when he purchased his first pizza parlor in the New York City area. Sal would purchase stores that were not producing, turn them around and then sell them for a profit. In 1975, Sal moved to Florida and opened his first restaurant in Boca Raton, Florida. Sal opened several Italian Restaurants including Sal's Pizza in Boynton Beach, Florida. In 1990, the first Sal's Italian Restaurant opened. Since 1990, Sal's Italian Restaurant has expanded to 25 owner operated stores with 12 still operating in the Palm Beach and Broward county area under the Sal's Italian Restaurant name. The owner and company founder, Sal Stellino, has been an owner / operator in the Italian restaurant business for over 35 years. Our restaurants provide a quaint atmosphere that gives our customers a pleasant relaxing dining experience. We have a wide menu selection that ranges from Veal Scaloppini Marsala, California Chopped Grilled Chicken Salad, Gamberoni Scampi and what we consider to be the best pizza in the U.S. We offer traditional Italian dishes as well as our own Chef's creations. The prices on our menu are structured to be affordable for our patrons which enable them to enjoy the perfect dining experience for any occasion. Sal's Italian Restaurants take pride in the service and the quality of the food that is prepared for our patrons. All of our staff is trained from the staff answering the phones, the chefs knowing all of our recipes, to the managers understanding that anything less than excellence is not acceptable. All food items are made to order including the dinner salad and garlic rolls. The food is always fresh and made to order.
